Your statutory rights are not affected in any way when purchasing goods from our store.
Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and Order reference numbers.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible (in most cases the day we receive the order) In some cases in can take up to 5 day for items to dispatched. In the event of any delays we shall contact you with the expected delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time stated you have option to cancel your order. Contact us via e-mail or telephone stating your order number and we will cancel your order.
Customers have the right to cancel orders from the date they place the order and for up to 7 working days, starting from the day after they receive the goods assuming they have not been used. The cost of goods and original postage charges will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling or Euros only.
